We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store, lead a high-performing team, and drive business success.

About the Role

As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store, ensuring efficient operations, outstanding customer service, and achievement of sales and operational targets. You will lead by example, develop your team, and ensure the store operates in accordance with Domino's standards and relevant Australian regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Plan, organise and oversee the daily operations of the Domino's Pizza store to ensure efficient customer service and compliance with company standards.
- Supervise, train and support store employees, including shift supervisors, customer service staff and delivery drivers.
- Prepare staff rosters and allocate duties to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak and non-peak trading hours.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare operational reports and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
- Manage stock ordering, inventory control and supplier relationships to ensure adequate stock levels and minimise waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety, and Domino's operational policies.
- Monitor cash handling procedures, banking, daily reconciliations and point-of-sale transactions.




- Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and sales.
- Recruit, induct, train and assess staff performance, providing coaching and performance feedback where required.
- Ensure the store is presented to a high standard, including cleanliness, merchandising and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor operating costs, labour expenses and stock variances, implementing measures to improve operational efficiency.
- Liaise with franchise owners and senior management regarding store performance, staffing requirements and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate business records, including payroll information, stock records, incident reports and compliance documentation.
- Ensure the store consistently meets Domino's franchise standards and relevant Australian legislative requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year experience in a retail management or store management role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sales, labour costs, budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and make effective operational decisions.
- Sound knowledge of customer service, inventory management, cash handling and workplace health and safety requirements.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
