About the Role
As the Tender and Policy Specialist, you will lead the development and coordination of high-quality tender submissions, policy documentation, and compliance reporting that support the delivery and growth of Fun Squad services. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will ensure all submissions and documentation are accurate, compelling, compliant, and aligned with PCYC Queensland's values, operational capability, and service commitments. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of policies, processes, and governance practices that support high-quality service delivery. This role will operate under a hub-and-spoke working model, with flexible working arrangements available including work from home days.
About You
You are an exceptional communicator with strong writing and analytical skills, capable of translating complex information into clear, engaging, and compliant documentation. You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and producing high-quality work that supports organisational success.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience preparing high-quality tenders, submissions, or grant applications
- Experience developing, reviewing, or maintaining organisational policies and procedures
- Excellent written communication, editing, and document presentation skills
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to interpret compliance and legislative requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hold, or be able to obtain prior to commencement, a valid Blue Card and National Police Check
