Your Responsibilities

- Teach public speaking and debate skills to students in grades 2-8 (age 7-14).
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that build confidence and improve communication.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students refine their skills.
- Inspire and motivate students to participate in discussions, presentations, and competitions.

Requirements

We’re looking for teachers who are:

1. Experienced: Previous teaching experience in public speaking, debate, or related fields is highly desirable.

2. Qualified: A degree in education, communication,



or a related discipline is preferred.

3. Skilled Communicators: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

4. Passionate: A genuine love for teaching and inspiring young learners.

5. Reliable and Professional: Punctual, trustworthy, and able to take responsibility for your work.

6. Kind and Honest: Approachable, compassionate, and committed to maintaining integrity and fairness.

7. Organized: Able to manage class time effectively and adapt to different teaching environments.

8. Work locations: St Ives, Hornsby and surrounding areas.
Due to travel requirements between campuses, candidates with their own vehicle will be highly preferred
