Demand Generation Manager

Own the marketing-sourced pipeline number across our ICPs, building an integrated demand engine around events, webinars, partners, and organic, while using paid media as a precision account-focused messaging tool, not the main engine.

Martian Logic is an Australian HR SaaS platform, we sell into aged care, NDIS, and non-government schools. In these sectors relationships, peer trust and community reputation move deals far more than advertising ever will.

We're at $7M ARR and growing, with a marketing motion built around ten sponsored industry events a year, a growing webinar program, and a lean paid media budget. You will own pipeline across all channels, treat our event calendar, online presence, socials and partner ecosystem as your primary channels, and use the paid media budget as an accelerant to grow our audience, engagement and pipeline.

Responsibilities

- Own quarterly pipeline targets and the integrated campaign calendar that hits them
- Design the pre and post event journey around every sponsored event, owned event, and webinar including audience capture, nurture sequences, sales hand-off, and follow-up processes with the sales team
- Manage the paid budget for re-targeting, event promotion, and ABM-lite plays against named target accounts
- Build the organic engine: SEO, website conversion, email/life-cycle marketing, and re-purposing webinar/event content into ongoing campaigns
- Develop co-marketing motions with partners (referral campaigns, joint webinars, association content)




- Own marketing reporting: attribution, funnel conversion, CAC by channel, event ROI in partnership with the Field Marketing Manager

Experience

- 5–8 years of hands-on demand generation experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of building and delivering pipeline primarily through events, partnerships, webinars, and organic channels (with minimal reliance on paid advertising)
- Experience operating in low-budget or vertical/niche SaaS environments is highly preferred
- Solid writing skills with proven ability to create high-converting nurture sequences, landing pages, and campaign messaging
- Advanced fluency in a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-funnel performance, attribution, and reporting with a focus on pipeline and revenue outcomes

- Marketing-sourced and -influenced pipeline against quarterly target
- SQLs by ICP (aged care/NDIS & education)
- Event-audience-to-opportunity conversion rate
- Cost per opportunity across the full channel mix
