· Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized according to health and safety standards;
· Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients;
· Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items;
· Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation and inventory management;
· Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately and maintain a clean and organized waste disposal area;
· Provide general support to the kitchen team as needed, including fetching ingredients, organizing storage areas, and assisting with plating dishes;
· Always ensure compliance with the provisions of the Workplace Health and Safety Act and Regulations, working in a protected manner as designated in workplace procedures;
Pay: $26.44 – $59.49 per hour
