About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Migration Agent (RMA) to join our dynamic and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced agents and recently registered graduates who are eager to build a rewarding career in the migration industry.

At AEC Global, you will work alongside highly experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of migration matters, including skilled migration, employer-sponsored visas, student visas, partner visas, and business migration.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional migration advice and consultations to clients.
- Assess client eligibility for various Australian visa pathways.
- Prepare and lodge visa applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage client files and maintain compliance with legislative requirements.
- Communicate with clients, government departments, and other stakeholders.




- Stay up to date with Australian migration laws and policy changes.
- Contribute to business growth and client relationship management.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Registration as a Registered Migration Agent (MARN).
- Recent graduates and newly registered RMAs are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- High level of computer proficiency and document management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
