Leading Hand Roofer – North of the River (NOR)

JP Precision Roofing is looking for an experienced Leading Hand Roofer to join our growing, family-run business, working across job sites North of the River.

You will lead a crew of approximately 3–4 roofers, ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven roofing experience — trade qualified or not, experience is what matters
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a small crew
- Ability to read and follow roofing plans and mud maps
- Confidence to make on-site decisions, use initiative, and solve problems as they arise
- Ability to complete jobs within set timeframes without compromising quality
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Highly motivated, reliable, and willing to lead by example
- Your own hand tools and basic power tools
- Reliable transport to travel to and from various job sites
