We are seeking a Full-Time IT Support Engineer to provide technical support across multiple client environments, delivering day-to-day assistance and proactive IT management. This role involves working across a portfolio of clients, either remotely or onsite as needed, with consistent hours, a clearly defined scope, and strong backing from a managed services provider.
You will collaborate with various client teams during business hours while being employed, trained, and supported by our internal technical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide IT support across multiple client environments, both remotely and onsite as required
- Deliver remote and onsite support for Windows workstations
- Support and manage mobile devices
- Perform endpoint management, monitoring, and maintenance
- Monitor and support server, network, and core infrastructure
- Act as a trusted technical contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships
- Troubleshoot,



resolve, and escalate technical issues as required
- Collaborate with the internal service desk and engineering teams to deliver consistent support
- Assist with client onboarding, system improvements, and proactive IT initiatives
- Maintain clear documentation and follow service procedures

Skills & Experience

- Experience in onsite IT support, desktop support, or service desk roles
- Strong Windows workstation support skills
- Experience supporting Android devices
- Basic networking and infrastructure knowledge
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools
- Qualified, reliable, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
