SuccessVisa is an established Australian migration and education consultancy with offices in Parramatta NSW, Toongabbie NSW, Melbourne CBD VIC, and - from July 2026 - Werribee VIC. We handle the full spectrum of visa work: SC482 Skills in Demand, ENS/RSMS, Skilled Independent/Nominated (189/190/491), Partner (309/100, 820/801), Student (500), Visitor (600) and complex review and appeal matters.
The opportunity
Two Registered Migration Agents (MARN) — one at Melbourne CBD, one at our new Werribee office. Open to all experience levels. Werribee is a walk from Werribee train station and serves a growing catchment of different communities across Melbourne's West — steady client flow from day one.
How we work
- Dedicated admin support so you focus on advising and lodging.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide qualified migration advice across a range of visa categories.
- Prepare, review and lodge visa applications and supporting documentation.
- Conduct client consultations and deliver clear, practical migration solutions.
Requirements
- Current and valid MARA registration (MARN) — mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Australian migration legislation and visa pathways.
- Excellent written communication, organisational and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client matters independently and efficiently.
- Proficiency in LEGENDcom, ImmiAccount and Microsoft Office.
Preferred
- Prior migration industry experience.
- Fluency in an additional community language is highly regarded for our client demographic.
