Senior Project Manager

Drive complex network transitions and execute major customer migration programs.

FinXL is seeking a powerhouse Senior Project Manager to join our consulting practice. In this role, you will be deployed as a key FinXL representative to spearhead a massive transformation engagement for one of our premier Telco clients.

You will be the driving force behind a complex network transition, ensuring flawless execution in a live setting where downtime is simply not an option. If you thrive in high-stakes environments and excel at turning complex business cases into reality, we want you on our team.

Your Responsibilities

As a FinXL Senior Project Manager, you will:

- Orchestrate Delivery: Translate overarching business cases into actionable, phased execution plans.

- Master the Moving Parts: Lead critical dependency mapping and milestone tracking across multiple, fast-paced workstreams.

- Protect the Customer: Identify and aggressively mitigate risks to enforce our zero-impact mandate during live migrations.

- Unify Teams: Drive robust cross-functional collaboration across Product, Technology, and Delivery divisions.

- Command Governance: Establish, lead,



and optimize rigorous program governance frameworks.

- Empower Decisions: Produce high-quality executive reporting, dashboards, and decision papers for senior stakeholders.

- Manage the Ecosystem: Oversee external partners, wholesale providers, and dynamic change requests with precision.

Key Skills & Experience

- 8-10+ years of proven experience in complex, multi-workstream project delivery.

- A strong background in telecommunications or large-scale, complex infrastructure environments.

- A track record of success in leading enterprise-level customer migration programs.

- Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes programs in live environments without service degradation.

- Elite facilitation and stakeholder management skills to drive accountability, resolve friction, and build consensus.

- Agile/Hybrid delivery experience is highly advantageous.

- Preferred Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent.
