Qualifications

- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments in a service delivery or project delivery capacity.

- Valuable understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, virtualization, storage, and endpoint management technologies.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of cloud services such as Azure and/or AWS.

- Experience with infrastructure monitoring, incident management, service request handling, and technical troubleshooting methodologies.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.

- Experience working with ticketing and service management platforms such as ServiceNow or equivalent tools.

- Knowledge of security best practices, patch management, backup, recovery, and compliance requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.





- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

- Microsoft 365 administration and support.

- Azure infrastructure and cloud operations.

- Endpoint management technologies including Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and device compliance.

- VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.

- Network technologies including LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.

- Infrastructure migration, modernization, and technology refresh projects.
