95+ ATAR Specialist Tutor - Mathematics, English or HSC Subjects

AGCoaching is seeking a high-performing 95+ ATAR Specialist Tutor who is committed to excellence - not only academically, but also in leadership and mentorship.

We are not simply hiring tutors to deliver content. We are building a team of role models who help students become disciplined, confident and resilient. Academic results matter, but they are achieved through strong systems, accountability and character development.

About the Role

You will work with K–12 students across subjects including:

- Standard, Advanced, Extension 1 and Extension 2 Mathematics
- Physics
- Standard, Advanced, Extension 1 and Extension 2 English
- Economics, Business Studies, Chemistry, Legal Studies and Biology
- Other NSW HSC subjects

Sessions may include one-on-one and small-group classes of up to five students, primarily delivered in person.

Your role extends beyond explaining content. You will mentor students, hold them accountable and help them develop disciplined study habits, confidence and strong conceptual understanding.

Tutor Rewards and Bonuses

AGCoaching offers competitive contractor rates alongside a structured bonus system that rewards long-term commitment, group teaching and strong student outcomes.

Tutors may receive:

- Hourly rate increases of $2.50 - $10 per hour as they reach key lesson milestones
- Group-class bonuses of $2.50 - $10 per hour, depending on the number of students
- $25 bonus when a student achieves 85% or higher in an assessment
- $25 bonus for demonstrated improvement in a school assessment
- $10 bonus for each five-star student or parent Google review

Essential Requirements

- ATAR of 95 or higher




- Band 6 result in the subject you wish to tutor
- Completed high school in NSW, with strong understanding of the NSW curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism, reliability and consistency
- Humility and willingness to learn structured systems
- Valid WWCC, or willingness to obtain one
- ABN, or willingness to obtain one

Previous tutoring experience is preferred.
