To become part of the Marigold Community Services team we are looking for applicants who are willing to work shift work, including normal hours, weekdays and/or weekends. Please indicate your availability on your application.
Marigold Community Services provides direct support services to people living with disability and those requiring other support services within the community. We have participants of all ages, supported through a range different service models including in-home care, community access, camps. Supports provided are helping clients with shopping, taking them out to client appointments, working on building their capacity in accordance to their NDIS goals. Most of our clients come for a psycho social background.

You are required to have a current driver’s license and a car, current police check, basic IT skills and a smart phone., NDIS Workers Orientation Module

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent verbal and written English
Desirable accreditations competencies:
- Certificate III / IV or Diploma in Disability/Aged Care /or any relevant qualification (highly desirable)
Successful applicants will possess resilience, self-confidence and a willingness to engage participants with various backgrounds and needs. You will need to have strong communication skills and an ability to develop positive relationships with participants and actively support their individual needs in line with their NDIS goals. We also have attractive weekend rates!

Part-time hours: 20-38 per week
Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour
