Global Select Education and Migration Services is a certified agency helping thousands achieve their Australian dreams through expert guidance and personalized support. we are now seeking an energetic Education/Student Counsellor to join our Melbourne & Adelaide Branch.

Roles

- Guiding international students in their admission support in universities, TAFE and Colleges.
- Educate the international students about various study options & benefits, fees, intake and scholarships.
- Assist clients in understanding our services and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and achieving high client satisfaction levels.
- To complete administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Proactively convert inquiries into sales to ensure higher conversion rates, and meet and exceed set targets.
- Keeping with up-to-date knowledge of university courses, entry requirements, scholarships, etc.
- Making sure to get the application outcome from the education provider on time by doing regular follow up.
- Giving marketing insight to the marketing team and supporting the marketing team to produce error-free content.

Job Types: Full time

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Supplementary Pay: Performance bonus
