Job Title: Junior Accountant and Logistics Administrator

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Junior Accountant to join our team and assist with both accounting and logistics administrative tasks. This role presents an exciting prospect for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience in both financial and operational aspects of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including invoicing, logistics coordinating, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Handle logistics administrative tasks such as coordinating shipments,
tracking inventory, and managing supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations
- Be part of the inventory systems upgrade project
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in accounting or logistics administration is a plus but not required
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
