Blanca is opening soon and we're looking for an experienced Head Barista / Team Leader to lead our daytime operation.
This is a hands-on role combining exceptional coffee making with front of house leadership. You'll be responsible for running the coffee bar, ensuring smooth breakfast and lunch service, leading the floor team and helping create an outstanding guest experience.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista, with previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Confident working in a high-volume coffee environment.
- Passionate about coffee, food and genuine hospitality.
- Friendly, organised and calm under pressure.
- A natural leader who enjoys training and supporting others.
- Robust attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
What You'll Do
- Lead the daytime front of house team.
- Manage the coffee bar and maintain exceptional coffee quality.
- Deliver warm,
professional customer service.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Assist with ordering, stock control and daily operations.
- Work closely with ownership to help build Blanca's service culture.
