Bacino Bar Espresso is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Chefs and Kitchen Staff to join our team across our cafés in North Curl Curl, Balgowlah, and Manly.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for kitchen staff who can help us deliver the high-quality food and warm café experience Bacino is known for.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

- Lead or support kitchen operations (depending on experience).
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Prepare daily items, assist with menu preparation, and contribute to smooth service.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with our café managers and front-of-house team.




- Assist with opening, prep, service, restocking, and end-of-day closing tasks.

- Experience in café or commercial kitchen environments
- Robust teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to multitask during busy service periods
- Passion for food & coffee, efficiency, and great customer experiences
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
