About the Role

We're expanding our team and are seeking experienced Labourers to support our on‑site operations across the following teams:

- Landscaping

- Civil

- Construction

You’ll work closely with our Leading Hands, Foremen and the wider team to complete daily tasks safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About You

You'll ideally have:

- Experience working in construction environments - ideally residential construction.

- A White Card and valid Driver’s Licence

- Reliable with a robust work ethic and a desire to work hands-on as part of a productive team

- An understanding of safe work practices, tools, materials and quality workmanship

- Ability to perform on site with minimal supervision and show initiative

As a vertically integrated business, we manage the entire process, from development through to construction.

Our current townhouse developments are located in Ripley, with upcoming developments in the Springfield and Logan Reserve areas. As these projects extend through 2029, we are offering full-time permanent positions.
