At Redlynch, we specialise in fresh, hand-made chicken products, prepared in-store. We’re a busy, community-focused store and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable Deli Assistant to join our team.
About the Role
As a Deli Assistant, you’ll be a key part of our front-of-house team, supporting daily deli operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving customers and providing product knowledge
- Making basic in-store products (including skewering and assembling kebabs)
- Preparing, setting up, and maintaining deli and window displays
- Ensuring products are correctly labelled, rotated, and well presented
- Operating the POS and handling cash transactions
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness,
and hygiene
- Assisting the production team with daily preparation as required

- Food handling experience preferred (but not essential)
