Roster : DIDO Out of Yeppoon/Rockhampton 10 days on 4 days off

JRT Group has existing and upcoming civil projects across on a drive and drive out basis, and is seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our team. If you are a skilled operator who takes pride in precision work, achieving design tolerances, and maintaining protected and productive job sites, this is a great chance to work with a reputable local contractor.

You will be responsible for operating a grader to achieve final trim levels and maintain accurate ground preparation in line with civil project specifications and tolerances.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Operating a grader to achieve final trim levels and optimal productivity on site
- Cutting, spreading, and shaping materials to specified depths and levels
- Using GPS / UTS machine control systems to ensure surfaces meet design specifications and tolerances
- Cleaning, lubricating, and carrying out basic preventative maintenance on equipment
- Working to construction programs to achieve daily production targets
- Applying and maintaining all Work Health & Safety requirements on site
- Completing daily paperwork including pre-starts, dockets, and operational records

Job Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience operating a final trim grader
- Experience using GPS / UTS machine control systems highly regarded
- Construction White Card
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
