Casual / Part-Time Tailor & Machinist

We are seeking an experienced Casual or Part-Time Tailor/Machinist to join our friendly team for approximately 25–35 hours per week.

The role is based onsite at our shop in Macarthur Square, conveniently located close to public transport. This position is paid in accordance with the Dry Cleaning and Laundry Industry Award 2020 [MA000096], with above-award wages available for the right applicant, based on experience, skill and workmanship.

The successful applicant will have proven experience in clothing alterations and repairs, together with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest quality.

As this is a customer-facing role, good communication and customer service skills are required.



Applicants must be confident in speaking, reading and writing English, and possess basic computer skills.

You will be able to work efficiently under pressure, manage deadlines effectively and contribute positively as part of a supportive team. Dressmaking experience will be highly regarded.
