Responsibilities

- Assist customers at the trade counter and provide exceptional service
- Respond to inbound phone and email enquiries
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Prepare quotes and process customer orders
- Follow up enquiries and sales opportunities
Develop your product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training

- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident and professional phone manner
