We're seeking a reliable and enthusiastic All Rounder to join our busy beachfront café team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, works well under pressure, and is happy to assist across both front and back of house. You’ll play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and keeping the café running smoothly during busy service periods.
Work Commitment: Saturday & Sunday availability preferred
What You'll Bring
- Previous café or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to take orders, serve customers, clear tables and assist with general front-of-house duties
- Experience preparing coffee and other beverages is highly regarded
- Ability to assist with basic food preparation and plating
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, high-volume café environment
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy breakfast and lunch services
- Strong team-player attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Weekend availability Saturday and Sunday is essential
