Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare a variety of Italian dishes, including pastas, pizzas, risottos, and traditional Italian entrees, according to our recipes and standards.
- Assist in managing and organizing the kitchen, ensuring a clean and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to plan and execute daily menu items, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe and clean kitchen setting.
- Monitor and control food waste, ensuring cost-effective practices in the kitchen.
- Coordinate with servers and other staff members to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Cook, preferably with a focus on Italian cuisine




- Solid understanding of Italian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently, while also demonstrating creativity and flexibility in the kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a strong team player mentality.

Working Hours: This position is on a casual basis, with flexible working hours based on the restaurant's needs. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $33.05 – $40.00 per hour
