Franchise Recruitment Coordinator

About Best Brains Learning Centers: Best Brains Learning Centers is a leader in after-school education, providing top-tier instruction for students ages 3-14. Our mission is to enhance student performance through certified teachers and a unique, non-repetitive curriculum.

Franchise Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a key role where you will guide prospective franchisees through every step of their journey, from their first inquiry to a signed agreement. You'll act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, helping new candidates understand the value of becoming a Best Brains franchise owner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound franchise inquiries, providing skilled and informative responses.
- Conduct introductory discovery calls with potential franchisees to assess fit and introduce them to the Best Brains mission and business model.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them seamlessly through the recruitment process.
- Manage all franchise-related paperwork, including applications and Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD), ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Franchise Development Team to improve processes and support recruitment campaigns.
- Act as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic brand ambassador during calls, meetings, and events.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for new franchisees into training and launch.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 1–3 years in franchise sales, admissions, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple candidates at various stages of the pipeline.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Passion: A passion for education and supporting small business owners is highly valued.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
