We're looking for people with previous sales experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, telesales, lead generation, SDR, BDR, SaaS sales or similar roles.

About the Role
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers.
Your role is to introduce Amaya AI, start meaningful conversations with business owners, qualify potential opportunities, and book product demonstrations for our Account Executives.
This is a performance-driven role where your ability to build rapport,
ask the right questions and generate quality opportunities directly impacts your earning potential.
Your Responsibilities
- Prospect and cold call businesses across Australia
- Introduce Amaya AI and generate interest
- Qualify potential customers based on their needs
- Handle common objections confidently
- Book qualified product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates

- Experienced in outbound or B2B sales
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- A strong communicator who builds rapport quickly
- Resilient and comfortable handling objections
- Self-motivated, organised and goal-oriented
- Coachable and eager to improve
Commission Structure
This is a commission-only position.
You'll earn approximately 10% commission on every deal closed from the qualified demos you book.
