Due to continued growth, we are looking for a qualified Joiner or a motivated apprentice to join our team.

About the Role

- Full time, workshop-based position
- Work on custom, high-end timber joinery (windows, doors, bespoke work)
- Supportive team environment with consistent workflow

Key Responsibilities

- Manufacture and assemble custom timber joinery
- Read and interpret plans and drawings
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Maintain a clean and secure workspace
- Work to deadlines both independently and within a team

Requirements (Tradesperson)

- Relevant qualification at Certificate III level (or equivalent) in Joinery or related trade
- Valid driver’s licence
- High level of attention to detail (essential)
- Strong workmanship and pride in finished products




- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic

Apprentice Applicants

- Have a genuine interest in joinery and woodworking
- Show strong motivation and willingness to learn
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail
- Hold (or are working towards) a driver’s licence
- Are reliable and take pride in their work
