The Opportunity

The Finance Officer at Bishopp is responsible for the accurate and efficient delivery of financial operations, with a strong focus on accounts receivable, data integrity, and client service. This role ensures financial records are maintained with precision while delivering timely, high-quality support to clients.

This is a permanent full-time position based at our office in Kelvin Grove.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monitor customer accounts and proactively follow up on outstanding payments
- Manage accounts in line with company credit terms, policies, and procedures.
- Negotiate appropriate payment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships.




- Process customer payments accurately and maintain reliable financial records.
- Maintain accurate customer account information, correspondence, and supporting documentation.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in an Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections role (Accounts Payable experience is advantageous but not essential).
- Robust reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using accounting or ERP systems (NetSuite experience is highly regarded)
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
