We are currently seeking professional and reliable Night Control Room Operator to join our team at Miranda, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable organisation that values professionalism, safety, and service excellence.

Position Overview

As a Night Control Room Operator, you will play a critical role in the coordination and monitoring of site operations. You will be responsible for managing communications, responding to incidents, and ensuring the smooth functioning of cleaning and security services across designated sites.

Positions available: Full time

Potential earnings / Award Level 4 + Penalty Rates + With Sign On bonus upon hiring

Shifts: Night shifts / Shift Structure: 1 x Weekday Night & 1 x Weeknight on a rotating basis

Roster:

Week 1: Wednesday to Saturday – 18:00pm to 6:00am

Week 2: Thursday to Saturday - 06:00am to 18:00pm

Key Responsibilities





- Monitor CCTV systems and site activity to ensure safety and compliance
- Coordinate cleaning and security teams across multiple locations
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and service requests in real-time
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
- Communicate with site supervisors, clients, and emergency services as needed
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and safety protocols
- Support rostering, shift coverage, and workforce coordination

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in a control room or operations coordination role preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with CCTV, radio, and dispatch systems
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to incidents
- Basic computer literacy and report writing skills
- Availability for shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Security license or relevant certifications may be required depending on site
