Qualifications & experience
- Must have prior experience as as a chef.
- Must be passionate and motivated to grow with the company.
- Must have a wanting be desire and a caring attitude whilst working to always do your best.
- Must be able to take constructive criticism and work in a positive and diplomatic manner to overcome any problems or shortcoming.
- The ability to work well and communicate clearly with other staff in a team setting.
- Must have a strong focus on being creative and attention to detail.
Tasks & responsibilities
- You must ensure high food standards are kept up by yourself and colleagues.
- You must work in a fast and efficient manner with yourself and your team, during both slow and busy periods.
- Ability to deliver high quality food with a passion for your craft
- Experience managing food safety requirements
- You must ensure the kitchen, coldroom and freezer are kept clean and up to standard, as well as rotating all stocks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
