Female Disability Support Worker – Morning & Afternoon Shifts
Location: Doreen, VIC
Hours: 15–20 hours per week
Pay Rate: $35–$42 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role
uCare iCare is seeking qualified female Disability Support Workers to provide individual support to an NDIS participant in their family home. This participant does not have behaviours of concern. Your role will focus on personal care, following an established schedule.
- Genuine compassion for NDIS participants
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care, or Ageing Support
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the disability or aged care sector
- Current driver’s licence and passport/visa
- Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
- Relevant skilled reference checks
- Manual handling training

- Willing to learn and apply company policies & procedures
- Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping skills
- Able to contribute ideas for improving support services
- Accountable and proactive with a “can do” attitude
