Responsibilities:

- Administration of SAP HANA databases (primary), ASE and optionally DB2.
- Handle installation, upgrades, backup & recovery, performance tuning, and security.
- Design and implement HA/DR strategies and system copies.
- Drive scripting and automation for operational efficiency.
- Maintain day-to-day documentation and operational runbooks.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Contribute to optimization and tuning of system performance.




- Work independently in a production environment with global stakeholders.

- 9+ years of DBA experience with strong expertise in SAP HANA; ASE/DB2 is a plus.
- Strong Linux knowledge.
- Proven track record in operational roles with 24/7 support and on-call experience.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools/processes.
- Knowledge of database security, export-import, replication, and system copies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Professional certification in database platforms is desirable.
- Project management exposure is advantageous.
- Availability to start operations within 4 weeks.
