Your role

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer/Interior Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing interior spaces that reflect our clients' needs, preferences, and brand identity. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to bring visions to life through innovative design solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Design Development: Create detailed interior design concepts, including space planning, colour schemes, materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture.

- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Provide design advice and present design proposals.

- Technical Drawings: Prepare and review technical drawings, construction documents, and specifications. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers.

- Material Selection: Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept and client requirements.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, project managers, contractors,



and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to ensure the quality of work and adherence to design specifications.

What you will need to succeed

- Qualification in a related discipline.

- Minimum 1 year work experience

Core Competencies

- Skills: Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Creativity: Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative and functional spaces.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to clients.

- Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve design challenges and find practical solutions.

- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
