Male or Female Companion Support Workers Required — SE Melbourne (Hallam/Casey)
We’re looking for both male and female support workers to become a trusted companion, mentor and mate to a brilliant, funny 22-year-old male who loves gaming, tennis and getting out and about.
This is not a traditional carer role — we’re looking for someone genuine who enjoys connecting with people, having a laugh, encouraging confidence, and helping him reconnect with life, interests and the community.
You:
Warm, easy to be around, calm under pressure, active, reliable and looking for a meaningful long-term role. Experience in disability, youth work, mentoring, sport coaching or community support is a bonus — but the right attitude, personality and commitment matter most. Training and support will be provided.
When:
Weekdays, approximately 9am–2pm, ongoing.
Local to Melbourne’s southeast (Hallam/Casey area) preferred.
Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- First Aid/CPR
- References required
If you’re someone who enjoys making a genuine difference and building a positive connection, we’d love to hear from you.
