The Opportunity

We're looking for a creative, energetic, and commercially-minded Marketing & Content Creator — someone who not only knows how to produce great content but also understands how content drives business results. You'll be the frontline voice of HELI Oceania's brand, out in the field capturing authentic moments that tell our story. From busy warehouses to customer sites, from equipment deliveries to team collaborations, you'll transform real-world moments into compelling content that strengthens our brand and directly supports our sales and growth objectives.

If you always have a camera in hand, have a keen eye for design, and know how to create content that people actually want to watch — and that converts — you'll fit right in.

As a Marketing & Content Creator, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

· Planning and managing social media content calendars across multiple platforms

· Visiting customer sites and our operations to capture high-quality photos and videos

· Creating engaging short-form video content

· Designing graphics for social media, website, marketing campaigns, and sales collateral

· Editing videos for advertising, promotional campaigns, and internal communications

· Assisting with website content updates and management

· Creating brochures, flyers, signage, and other marketing materials that support sales efforts

· Developing and executing brand campaigns that increase awareness and generate leads

· Monitoring social media engagement and community interaction, responding to enquiries where appropriate

· Collaborating closely with sales and service teams to capture events, milestones, and everyday moments that matter to our customers

Key Requirements：

· Experience in social media marketing and content creation

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,



Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva, with a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling

· A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and bring fresh ideas to the table while collaborating effectively with the wider team. The ability to work independently while also collaborating with our team

· Full working rights in Australia

Bonus Points If You Have

· Experience creating paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

· Website management experience (Wix is a plus)

· Animation or motion graphics skills

· Drone videography experience

· Experience working with industrial, B2B, or heavy equipment brands.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
