We are currently seeking a q and experienced cook to join our kitchen team on a full time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to contribute to a growing restaurant while further de their culinary skills.
Requirements:-
- Certificate lll in commercial cookery or an equivalent overseas qualification, or relevant skills and experience equivalent to Australian standards.
- At least one year of relevant full time post-qualification experience.
- Experience in preparing authentic Indian cuisine in a commercial kitchen.
- Sound knowledge of Indian spices, traditional cooking methods and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
