Position: Support Worker

The Role:

As a Support Worker in Lowood QLD, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

Our clients require assistance with companion care and domestic work on:

Mondays: 8am-12pm, 12:30pm-3:30pm

Wednesdays: 9am-12pm

Thursdays: 9am-11am, 11:30am-3:30pm

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Must have experience in Aged Care.
