Job Title: FEMALE Disability Support Worker (SIL) – INACTIVE SLEEPOVER ONLY (10PM- 8:30AM)

About the Role

We are currently looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Support Worker to support a participant within a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting.

This position involves a combination of daytime, evening, and inactive sleepover shifts. We are looking for someone who is committed, patient, and able to build positive rapport with participants and the support team.

Available Shift Types

Inactive Sleepover Shift: 10:00 PM – 8:30 AM
Additional Shift: 5:00 PM- 10: PM

Responsibilities

- Assist with daily living activities and personal support
- Support community participation and engagement
- Maintain accurate shift notes and handovers
- Follow care plans and behavior support strategies
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Ensure participant safety and wellbeing at all times

Requirements





- Female support worker only
- Experience in disability support or SIL environment preferred
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including sleepovers
