- Experienced in lash extensions and brow services (laminations, lash lifts a bonus)
- Confident using a range of products and techniques, or willing to learn
- Has an exceptional eye for detail and consistently delivers high-quality work
- Reliable, hardworking and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organised workspace
- A warm, friendly personality who genuinely enjoys connecting with clients
- A positive team player who contributes to a supportive salon culture
- Someone who is motivated to learn, improve and grow with the business
