About the role:

No more night shifts! Our Renal Nurses work anywhere from 7am to 10pm weekdays and 7am to 3:30pm on weekends. We are a super supportive and close-knit District team with an empathetic approach to our patients and their chronic complex kidney disease needs.

Building relationships with our patients and their families is what we’re positive at, we are adaptable to respond to individual needs. Due to our diverse, multicultural, multi-disciplinary focused and individual centred approach, our team is at the forefront of focusing on wellness not sickness.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse

- Ability to work independently as well as with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe patient care

- Ability to communicate accurately and effectively in written, verbal and electronic forms

- Previous experience in Renal Care

- Current Australian working rights
