Hours

- Must be available to work late on Thursdays 7:30pm

- Available to work the rest of the week 7:30am to 5:30pm

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist (or in a medical/healthcare admin role).
- Confidence using medical software (Best Practice experience highly regarded).
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Ability to juggle bookings, billing, and patient queries without breaking a sweat.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- A calm, caring, and respectful approach with patients.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Greeting patients with a smile (even on Monday mornings).
- Managing phone calls, bookings, recalls, and referrals.
- Processing Medicare, DVA, and private accounts.
- Supporting doctors, nurses, and fellow admin staff with day-to-day tasks.
- Keeping the front desk organised, efficient,



and welcoming.
