Retail Manager

Job Type: Full-time (Minimum 38 hours per week)

About The Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Manager to join our Domino's Pizza Leumeah, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the business to achieve its strategic objectives.

- Manage and lead a team of retail sales associates, ensuring high levels of customer service, handling customer complaints and staff engagement
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, presentation and growth.
- Organizing displays, promotions, and stock replenishment.
- Managing daily store activities, including sales, inventory, and staff scheduling.
- Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating team members
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience
- Monitoring budgets, sales targets, and expenses
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Liaise with management and other stakeholders to share insights and support the overall business objectives




- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing coaching and development opportunities for the team.

Qualifications and other requirements

- Diploma level qualifications or equivalent in management or another relevant field. Recent minimum of three years of relevant experience working in a retail management role
- Solid leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in inventory management, financial reporting, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant retail industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with flexible hours including weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,000.00 – $84,000.00 per year
