Join our Physiotherapy & Podiatry team and enjoy the opportunity to work across a variety of inpatient, outpatient and community settings, delivering high-quality physiotherapy services that improve health outcomes for the Bayside community. You will:

Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy assessment, treatment, patient education and discharge planning using evidence-based practice within a multidisciplinary team.
Manage a diverse clinical caseload across rotational services while applying sound clinical judgement and effective prioritisation skills.
Collaborate with patients, families and healthcare professionals to deliver safe, person-centred care and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement initiatives, research activities and the ongoing development of physiotherapy services.

About you:
We're looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while continually developing their clinical skills. You have:

APHRA Registration as a Physiotherapist and demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services across varied clinical settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Motivation to learn, embrace professional development opportunities and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Committment to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care while supporting students,



assistants and colleagues within a collaborative team environment.

About Bayside Health Service Physiotherapy & Podiatry Department

The Physiotherapy & Podiatry Department is based at Redland Hospital and delivers services across all Bayside Health Service facilities. This position may be required to work throughout Bayside Health Service and the position's primary work location may change based on operational requirements.





Bayside Health Service includes the Redland Hospital (a 188-bed acute secondary teaching hospital), Marie Rose Centre, Gundu Pa (Wynnum-Manly Community Health Centre) and Redlands Satellite Health Centre. Redland Hospital is co-located with the 60-bed Mater Private Hospital Redland and Redland Residential Care (a 126-bed high care residential aged care facility).
