Human Resources Business Partner

Position Purpose

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in delivering end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle while bringing BAC's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life and enhancing the employee experience.

Reporting to the HR Manager and partnering closely with leaders across the business, this role provides practical and commercially focused HR advice aligned with BAC Australia's business objectives and HR strategy, while balancing local business needs with global HR frameworks.

This is a true generalist HR role supporting a diverse workforce, including frontline sales, production and service teams, salaried employees and temporary labour personnel. Based at our Somersby Head Office and manufacturing facility, this is a hands-on position that offers variety, challenge and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across all areas of the business.
