About the Role

We are seeking a suitably experienced Dietitian for this rewarding role of Grade 2 Dietitian at Grampians Health Stawell. This position will provide a varied caseload and work across all our service areas outpatients, inpatients, community rehabilitation and care communities. This position is suitable for an experienced Grade 2 or Grade 1 Dietitian with 3-4 years experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical dietetics services to outpatients and inpatients
- Work within a range of multi-disclipinary teams
- Participate in performance development , supervision and quality improvement activities
- Contribute to service development and strategic planning
- Participate in clinical research and evidence-based practice
- Ensure adherence to governance, risk management, and quality improvement standards

Skills and Experience

- Eligable for Dietitians Australia registration and APD status
- Strong knowledge of clinical dietetics, including assessment and treatment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
