Gubami Noodle Bar Pty Ltd, also known as OMMI DON, is a well-established Taiwanese cuisine restaurant located in the heart of Chatswood's vibrant commercial district. We are committed to delivering fresh, authentic food and exceptional customer service.

As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Cook to join our growing team and help us deliver high-quality food and excellent customer service.

Duties & responsibilities

· Prepare and cook a variety of Taiwanese and Asian dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.

· Ensure consistent presentation, portion control, and high-quality food production.

· Manage kitchen operations during service periods, ensuring efficiency and timely preparation of meals.

· Maintain and monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize food wastage.

· Ensure all kitchen equipment is used and maintained in compliance with food safety regulations.





· Supervise and provide guidance to junior kitchen staff where required.

· Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen in accordance with Australian food safety standards.

Qualification & experiences

· Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery (e.g. Certificate III or IV) or equivalent work experience

· Minimum 1 years of experience as a cook

· Drive, personality creative flair and a love of food

· Ability to maintain a continual high standard of food quality and presentation

· Robust adherence to food standards, operating procedures and regulatory guidelines

· Motivated and hard working

· Passion for the restaurant and a commitment to providing an exceptional

· customer experience

JOB TYPE: Full-time

Salary : $80,000 + Super per year

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
