Registered Nurse/Practice Nurse

Full Time position

Based at Glenroy & Wodonga

This exciting role is suited to an experienced Registered Nurse with strong clinical capability and the ability to work both autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team. You will deliver a broad scope of practice including:

- Clinical triage
- Health assessments
- Wound care
- Vaccinations
- Medication administration
- Preventative health interventions

You will be walking alongside Aboriginal people and families throughout every stage of their health journey by, contributing to care planning, clinical procedures, referrals and health education, while working collaboratively with GPs,



nursing staff and allied health professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal health outcomes.
