We are seeking reliable and motivated Factory Production Operators to join our manufacturing team producing high-quality PVC electrical conduit bends and fittings. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, ideal for individuals who enjoy practical work, operating machinery, and working as part of a team.

Shift Options: Applicants must be available to work one of the following shifts:

- Morning Shift: 4:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Afternoon Shift: 11:45 am – 7:45 pm

Key Responsibilities: As a Factory Production Operator, your duties will include:

- Operating a variety of specialised production machinery used in the manufacture of PVC conduit bends and fittings.
- Loading PVC conduit into industrial ovens to heat the material prior to processing.
- Operating bending and moulding equipment to form conduit to required specifications.
- Expanding and moulding one end of the conduit to create an integrated socket.
- Cooling finished products in water baths to ensure they retain their correct shape and meet quality standards.
- Performing quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Packaging and preparing finished products for storage and dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Following all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures.
- Reporting equipment faults, product defects, or safety hazards to supervisors.




- Working efficiently with team members to meet daily production targets.

Skills & Experience: The successful applicant will possess:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment (preferred but not essential).
- A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to safely operate machinery following training.
- Valuable attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements: This position involves:

- Standing for extended periods.
- Repetitive manual tasks.
- Lifting and moving materials within secure manual handling guidelines.
- Working in a manufacturing environment around machinery and equipment.
