As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a key role in helping people achieve meaningful recovery and improved quality of life. From providing therapeutic support to working with a multidisciplinary team, you'll help deliver care that empowers individuals to reach their goals and participate more fully in everyday life.

Delivering evidence-based occupational therapy interventions that support recovery, independence and wellbeing.
Partnering with consumers, carers and multidisciplinary colleagues to achieve positive, sustainable outcomes.
Applying clinical reasoning to assess needs, develop tailored strategies and support people through complex challenges.
Contributing to service improvement, mentoring and learning initiatives that strengthen team performance.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in a clinical setting.
Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary environments.
Ability to manage competing priorities while contributing to quality improvement and professional development.

You'll stand out if you have:
Experience within mental health services or recovery-focused models of care.
Experience supporting students, junior clinicians or service improvement initiatives.
