Join a Growing Construction Team

WorkConnex Global Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Carpenters on behalf of our client for upcoming construction projects across Sydney Metro and the Northern Beaches.

We are looking for:

✅ 1 x Carpenter (2+ Years Experience)✅ 1 x Carpenter (3+ Years Experience)

These are initially project-based temporary positions; however, high-performing candidates may be offered ongoing work and potential permanent employment opportunities.

About the Role

You will be working on a variety of residential and commercial construction projects, assisting with carpentry and general building activities while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general carpentry and construction work.
- Read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and install timber and other building materials.
- Construct and install frameworks, structures, and finishing elements.
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
- Maintain a protected and productive work environment.
- Ensure work is completed to company and industry standards.

What We're Looking For

✅ Minimum 2 years' carpentry experience (for Junior Carpenter role)




✅ Minimum 3+ years' carpentry experience (for Experienced Carpenter role)
✅ Current Driver's Licence
✅ Ability to work independently and within a team environment
✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
✅ Reliable, punctual, and motivated attitude
✅ White Card (preferred)
✅ Full Australian working rights
